| 11 | | contains information directly or indirectly related to or |
| 12 | | referencing the Illinois Veterans' Home at Quincy, |
| 13 | | particularly communication regarding directly or indirectly |
| 14 | | Legionnaire's disease at the Illinois Veterans' Home at Quincy, |
