HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Juanita 
4Bitoy of Bolingbrook, who passed away on November 8, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Juanita Bitoy was born on March 1, 1937; she was 
6the  second eldest of twelve children, nine of whom preceded her 
7in death; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Juanita Bitoy was the beloved wife of the late 
9John A. Bitoy Sr.; the devoted mother of John, Tyrone, 
10Vurnetha, Ralph, Michael, Stephen, and honorary daughter, 
11Carolyn Thompson-Barnes; the loving grandmother of Jelani, 
12Leonardo, Vurnetha, Layla, Sadamichi, Michael Jr., Noboru, 
13Jennifer, Shyeta, John III, Christopher, Alisa, Lance, 
14Kathrina, and honorary grandson Raphael; the fond 
15great-grandmother of Jaylen, Michael III, Jelani Jr., Mason, 
16Jalil, Anouk, and Micah; she was the dear aunt of many; 
17therefore, be it
  
 


  
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
19HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
20mourn the passing of Juanita Bitoy and extend our sincere 
21condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
22her; and be it further
