| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Sean McNamee on achieving |
| 4 | | the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Sean McNamee has been in scouting since he was |
| 6 | | five years old; he joined troop #60 in
St. Charles when he was |
| 7 | | in middle school; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Sean McNamee achieved all of his merit badge
|
| 9 | | requirements and service hours and completed his Eagle Scout |
| 10 | | Project for the community; his most
tasking project required |
| 11 | | him to build wooden trash and recycling receptacles for |
| 12 | | Primrose Farm,
a working Park District-owned farm; his troop |
| 13 | | also helped clean out garden beds for planting
around the farm |
| 14 | | buildings; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Sean McNamee passed his board of review on August |
| 16 | | 14, 2017 and achieved the rank of Eagle
Scout, a rank attained |
| 17 | | by less than 5% of scouts; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Sean McNamee's achievement shows true |
| 19 | | perseverance, dedication,
and leadership; therefore, be it
