HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Hunter Protsman of Macomb 
4Jr. High School, on winning the 2017 Illinois Elementary School 
5Association 100-pound eighth grade individual State wrestling 
6title; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman defeated Xavier Vinson of Cahokia 
8Wirth Middle School on March 11, 2017 at the Convocation Center 
9at Northern Illinois University; and
  
 
  
10    WHEREAS, This is the first State Championship for Hunter 
11Protsman; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman has been a regular at State in 
13recent years; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman is coached by Anthony Westen and 
15Emmett Hall; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
17HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
18congratulate Hunter Protsman, on winning the 2017 Illinois 
19Elementary School Association 100-pound eighth grade 
20individual State wrestling title; and be it further
