| 9 | | WHEREAS, 2017 marks BMO's bicentennial; for 200 years, it |
| 10 | | has been financing economic expansion and
playing an important |
| 11 | | role in the growth of two great nations, Canada and the United |

and helping many, many customers achieve their |
| 13 | | ambitions along the way; and
