| 10 | | game and defeating 16 conference champions; the score of the |
| 11 | | title game over Quincy of 104 to 69 remains a record for the |
| 12 | | largest margin of victory; and

| 13 | | WHEREAS, Over the 1970-71 and 1971-72 seasons, the Falcons |
| 14 | | put together a winning streak of 58 games; and

| 15 | | WHEREAS, The starters for the 1970-71 and 1971-72 Falcons, |
| 16 | | Quinn Buckner; Boyd Batts; Greg Rose; Ernest Dunn; Mike |
| 17 | | Bonczyk; Michael Henry; Mark McClain; William "Nee" Gatlin; |
| 18 | | James Loggins; team Captain, Tony "Grubbs" Jackson; and head |
| 19 | | coach, Ron Ferguson, will be present at a jersey retirement |
| 20 | | ceremony and celebration of the greatest Illinois high school |
