HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Molly Cavanaugh on the 
4occasion of her retirement from Proviso West High School in 
5March of 2017; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Molly Cavanaugh has worked for the Proviso 
7Township School District for 63 years
and at Proviso West High 
8School for 59 years; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Molly Cavanaugh graduated from Proviso High 
10School in 1954; she began working at the school that September; 
11and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Molly Cavanaugh moved to Proviso West High School 
13when it opened in September of 1958; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Molly Cavanaugh has served under 11 principals 
15since 1958, who all admired and appreciated her hard work and 
16dedication; she always lent a helping hand to teachers and 
17students who came into the office and will be missed by the 
18entire school community; and
  
 
  
19    WHEREAS, Molly Cavanaugh plans to relax and enjoy her 
20retirement by spending time with her family and friends;

2    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
3HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
4congratulate Molly Cavanaugh on her retirement from Proviso 
5West High School and we wish her the best in all her future 
6endeavors; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to Molly Cavanaugh as an expression of our esteem and 
9respect.
