AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5752 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5752 on page 3, line 
314, after "designee", by inserting ", who shall serve as chair 
4of the Council"; and


 
5on page 5, immediately below line 25, by inserting the 
6following:
7    "(d) All voting and non-voting members must be appointed 
8within 90 days after the effective date of this Act."; and
 
9on page 5, line 26, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and
 
10on page 5, line 26, by deleting "chair and"; and
 
11on page 6, line 6, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)"; and
 
12on page 6, line 9, by replacing "(f)" with "(g)"; and

1on page 6, immediately below line 12, by inserting the 
2following:
3    "(h) The Council shall conduct its first meeting within 30 
4days after all members have been appointed. The Council shall 
5meet quarterly after its first meeting. Additional hearings and 
6public meetings are permitted at the discretion of the members. 
7The Council may meet in person or through video or audio 
8conference."; and
 
9on page 6, line 13, by replacing "(g)" with "(i)".
