| 7 | | on page 3, by replacing line 7 with "For appropriations for the |
| 8 | | Office of the Governor enacted after the effective date of this |
| 9 | | amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, (1) the foregoing |
| 10 | | certification"; and

| 11 | | on page 3, by replacing line 12 with "approvals which may be |
| 12 | | required by law to be made; and (2) in no event".
