2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4586 on page 1, line

3 23 and page 2, line 1, by replacing "Department on Aging Adult

4 Protective Services employee," with "a person working under the

5 Adult Protective Services Program or an Ombudsman under the

6 State Long Term Care Ombudsman Program of the Department on

7 Aging, Department of Children and Family Services employee,";

8 and

9 on page 3, lines 16 and 17, by replacing "Department on Aging

10 Adult Protective Services employee," with "a person working

11 under the Adult Protective Services Program or an Ombudsman

12 under the State Long Term Care Ombudsman Program of the

13 Department on Aging, Department of Children and Family Services

14 employee,"; and

15 on page 10, by inserting immediately below line 24 the

16 following:
