| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Protection of Individuals with Disabilities |
| 5 | | in the Criminal Justice System Task Force Act is amended by |
| 6 | | changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (20 ILCS 5115/20)
|
| 8 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2018) |
| 9 | | Sec. 20. Report. The Task Force shall submit a report with |
| 10 | | its findings and recommendations to the Governor, the Attorney |
| 11 | | General, and to the General Assembly on or before March 31, |
| 12 | | 2019 2018.
