| 10 | | (a) As used in this Section, "direct relative" includes a |
| 11 | | spouse, child, or sibling. |
| 12 | | (b) A direct relative of a member of the General Assembly |
| 13 | | may not serve on the board of a retirement system, board of a |
| 14 | | pension fund, or investment board under this Code.".
