| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4332 by replacing |
| 3 | | line 24 on page 2 through line 2 on page 3 with "limited to, |
| 4 | | Department of Defense form DD-214 or an identification card |
| 5 | | issued under the federal Veterans Identification Card Act of |
| 6 | | 2015. If the document cannot be stamped, the Illinois |
| 7 | | Department of Veterans' Affairs shall provide a certificate to |
| 8 | | the veteran to provide to the Secretary of State. The Illinois |
| 9 | | Department of Veterans' Affairs"; and

| 10 | | by replacing line 26 on page 6 through line 4 on page 7 with |
| 11 | | "not limited to, Department of Defense form DD-214 or an |
| 12 | | identification card issued under the federal Veterans |
