| 7 | | is subject to an annual surcharge under Section 3-806 or 3-815, |
| 8 | | the Secretary shall collect the surcharge for each registration |
| 9 | | year of the multi-year registration at the same time the |
| 10 | | Secretary collects the one-time registration fee."; and

| 11 | | on page 2, line 11, by changing "2019" to "2020".
