| 7 | | Sec. 3-29.11. Southwestern Illinois College dual credit |
| 8 | | program. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Act to the |
| 9 | | contrary, Southwestern Illinois College and East St. Louis |
| 10 | | School District 189 are encouraged to allow students in grades |
| 11 | | 11 and 12 to take classes at the College for dual credit at no |
| 12 | | cost to the student.".
