| 5 | | instances of telephone counseling, the borrower must supply all |
| 6 | | necessary documents to the counselor at least 72 hours prior to |
| 7 | | the scheduled telephone counseling session."; and

| 8 | | on page 6, line 24, after "agency.", by inserting "The borrower |
| 9 | | must supply all necessary documents, as set forth by the |
| 10 | | counselor, at least 72 hours before the scheduled interview.".
