| 6 | | for the first calendar year after the effective date of this |
| 7 | | amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly and no more than |
| 8 | | 50% of each dollar collected for every other year after the |
| 9 | | first calendar year."; and

| 10 | | on page 24, line 15, after "necessary", by inserting "to match |
| 11 | | a vehicle to an insurance policy".
