| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Language Access to Government Services Task |
| 5 | | Force Act is amended by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2018)

| 8 | | Sec. 20. Report. The Task Force shall submit its final |
| 9 | | report with findings and recommendations to the General |
| 10 | | Assembly, the Governor, and the Attorney General on or before |
| 11 | | December 31, 2019. The report to the General Assembly shall be |
| 12 | | filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the |
| 13 | | Secretary of the Senate in electronic form only, in the manner |
| 14 | | that the Clerk and the Secretary shall direct July 1, 2018.
