| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Military Property Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 2 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 1810/2) (from Ch. 129, par. 222b)

| 7 | | Sec. 2.
With the
the written approval of the Governor, the |
| 8 | | Adjutant General, on
behalf of the State of Illinois, is |
| 9 | | authorized to accept from any grantor,
public or private, the |
| 10 | | conveyance of all right, title and interest of such
grantor in |
| 11 | | and to any real property useful to the State of Illinois for
|
| 12 | | military purposes. |
| 13 | | Such conveyance may be accepted subject to the condition |
| 14 | | that title to
such property will revert to the grantor or his |
| 15 | | heirs should such property
cease to be used by the State of |
| 16 | | Illinois for military purposes.
