| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 1-10 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 1-10. Definitions. For the
the purposes of this Act, |

| 9 | | "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
