| 3 | | on page 1, line 13, by replacing "and" with "and, except for an |
| 4 | | unanticipated emergency as determined by the Department,"; and

| 5 | | on page 2, by replacing line 10 with "the closed highway. |
| 6 | | Except for an unanticipated emergency as determined by the |
| 7 | | Department, the Department and the local governmental"; and
|
| 8 | | on page 2, line 13, after "active.", by inserting "A local |
| 9 | | governmental agency that does not have a website maintained by |
| 10 | | a full-time staff or a municipality with 1,000,000 or more |
| 11 | | inhabitants shall not be required to post detour locations |
| 12 | | under this Section.".
