| 6 | | on page 4, line 22, after "duties.", by inserting "A nurse may |
| 7 | | dispose of any unused medications under this subsection only |
| 8 | | after consulting with any investigating law enforcement agency |
| 9 | | to ensure that the unused medications will not be needed as |
| 10 | | evidence in an investigation."; and

| 11 | | by replacing line 23 on page 4 through line 4 on page 5 with the |
| 12 | | following:

| 13 | | "(j) When an individual authorized to dispose of unused |
| 14 | | medication under this Section disposes of unused medication |
