| 7 | | permitted. Unless prohibited by federal law or regulation, for |
| 8 | | any owner occupied consumer rehabilitation mortgage funded in |
| 9 | | this State, the appraisal may take the appraised value after |
| 10 | | rehabilitation into account as a usable comparable from the |
| 11 | | date the mortgage is funded.".
