Section 312.260 Discharge from the Apprenticeship Incentive Program
Recipients will be discharged from the Apprenticeship Incentive Program for any of the following reasons:
a) Completion of five years in the Apprenticeship Incentive Program;
b) Failure to make satisfactory progress towards completing the apprenticeship, as set forth in Section 312.250; or
c) Dismissal from the apprenticeship program due to disciplinary reasons.
