Section 312.250 Demonstrating Satisfactory Progress
Whether the recipient is making satisfactory progress towards completing the apprenticeship will depend on the individual criteria established by each qualifying apprenticeship program. The participant shall maintain good standing with the qualifying apprenticeship program to maintain eligibility for the program. On a monthly basis, the participant shall provide documentation to OETS of satisfactory participation in an approved apprenticeship program.
