Section 312.240 Apprenticeship Incentive Program Application Process
a) Applicants for the Apprenticeship Incentive Program shall complete and submit to OETS the Employment, Job Training, Apprenticeship Incentive Program application form available on the Department's website.
b) Applicants shall submit to OETS documentation of participation in an apprenticeship training program approved or recognized by the Illinois Department of Employment Security or an apprenticeship program approved by the United States Department of Labor or Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
c) Caseworkers for applicants who are youth for whom the Department has court-ordered guardianship shall read and discuss the benefits and responsibilities of the Program with the applicant, and assist the applicant in obtaining any supporting documentation necessary for applying or participating in the program.
