Section 705.55 Final Reports
a) At conclusion of the study, but no later than May 15 of the fiscal year, the principal district shall submit an electronic copy of the final study report to the ROE or ISC. Submitted reports must contain a signature page, as provided by the State Board, indicating each school districts' acceptance of the feasibility study report and requesting disbursement of grant funds.
b) The ROE or ISC will review and approve or disapprove the final study report. The ROE or ISC will forward approved reports to the State Board for final review by May 31. Any report that does not strictly comply with all performance items outlined in this Part will initially be denied and returned to the principal district for further work or clarification and resubmission.
c) If the principal district is unable to provide an acceptable feasibility study report by June 30 of the fiscal year, the grant award will be revoked. |
