(105 ILCS 5/10-20.17a) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-20.17a) Sec. 10-20.17a. Hazardous materials training. To enhance the safety of pupils and staff by providing in-service training programs on the safe handling and use of hazardous or toxic materials for personnel in the district who work with such materials on a regular basis.
