Constitution; 1964 Civil Rights Act, Titles VI and VII (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq. and 2000e et seq.); 1973 Rehabilitation Act, Sections 503 and 504 (29 U.S.C. 793 and 794); The Age Discrimination Act (42 U.S.C. 6101 et seq.); Executive Order 11246 (as revised) and the Illinois Human Rights Act [775 ILCS 5]; and authorized by Section 4 of the Children and Family Services Act [20 ILCS 505/4].
