Section 527.10 General Statement of Purpose and Applicability
Funds that are granted or authorized by the Department of Human Services Division of Rehabilitation Services (DHS-DRS) to individuals or organizations for specific purposes and later found to have been spent for other purposes require DHS to collect those funds.
