AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-2.5-20 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-20 and 3-7-1] and Sections 5-15, 10-10, 10-15, and 20-70 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/5-15, 10-10, 10-15, and 20-70] and Section 922 of the Federal Gun Control Act (18 USC 922) and Section 24-3.1(4) of the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/24-3.1(4)].

Section 2220.10 Applicability
This Part applies to all persons who provide personal services or delivery of services, including Department of Juvenile Justice (Department) employees, contractual employees, and volunteers. Youth's visitors shall comply with the rules set forth in 20 Ill. Adm. Code 2525.
