State Representative Tony McCombie was born and raised in Savanna, IL. She received a BA from Western Illinois University and currently is a small businesswoman, operating Blue Appraisals and self-employed in the real estate industry as a broker with MelFoster Company. McCombie formerly served as the Mayor of Savanna, IL and as a Savanna Councilwoman. She is a citizen legislator who lives in Savanna with her husband, Curt. In the past, McCombie served as a strong voice on several House Committees including Elementary Sec. Education: School Curriculum Policies, Judiciary: Criminal, Transportation: Regulation, Roads, Economic Opportunity & Equity, and Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, & IT, and Restorative Justice. In the 100th she was also a member of the House Sexual Discrimination and Harassment Task Force. She is a vocal advocate for DCFS protections, job creation, property tax relief, and improved government accountability.
