Biography
Born in Poland. Emigrated to the United States just before her 11th birthday and attended elementary, middle and high schools in Addison and Roselle. Resides in Itasca with husband William. Previously served as Representative of the Illinois' 45th House District. Graduated with High Honors from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Science-Pre Law and a B.A. in History. Received a J.D. from Yale Law School and spent majority of legal career working as in-house counsel for several Chicagoland corporations. Past President of Friends of the Itasca Community Library. Serves on the Ray Graham Association Bloomingdale Township Employment Advisory Committee.
