AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by |
adding Section 3.9 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 840/3.9 new) |
Sec. 3.9. Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge at |
Kickapoo State Recreation Area. The railroad trestle bridge |
that is part of the Kickapoo Rail Trail and that is located at |
the Kickapoo State Recreation Area in Vermilion County shall |
be known as the Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. Subject |
to appropriation, appropriate plaques may be erected by the |
Department of Natural Resources in recognition of the Senator |
Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. |
