AN ACT concerning safety.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by |
changing Section 12.7 as follows:

Sec. 12.7. Wastewater reuse. Notwithstanding any other |
provision of law, the use of treated municipal wastewater from |
a publicly owned treatment works is authorized for irrigation |
and industrial use when conducted in accordance with a permit |
issued under Section 39(b) of this the Act. |
