Attorney and Of-Counsel; Stumpf & Gutknecht, P.C. in Columbia, retired USMC LtCOL serving in various roles, Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, member of Sts Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo. Graduate of United States Naval Academy, Southern Illinois University School of Law, and The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, Charlottesville, VA. He is also a member of JCAR. Married to his wife, Lori and they have two children, Ethan and Garrett.
